Community Profile

Marvel Legacies is an online role-playing community set in an alternate timeline, advancing past Marvel canon by some 20 years, featuring the children of the current generation of heroes. It features two types of characters: primary and support. Primary characters are central to teams and plots, while support characters are parents, sidekicks, potential love interests, adventuring companions, etc. outside of the main cast, so that characters have a vital solo environment and do not feel like they're RPing inside a vacuum. Additionally, as it grows, primary characters will gain their own rogues gallery - the entire world has aged 20-some years, not just the heroes. People wanting to help with plots or temping villains are always welcome.
We are currently open for applications for both types of characters, as well as assistance with plotting and temping. The game is currently centered around the New Avengers, as that is what there is storytelling and narrator support for. If people wish to expand, and are willing to help run the stories, temp villains, etc., it may gain a wider focus.
